1.Install hidden tray & plumbing,
Take into account that the tray must finish flush to tanking board.
It is important to prepare subfloor beforehand to work out finished heights.
2. Carry
out subfloor preparation.
3. Prime subfloor.
4. Install
tanking board using flexible tile adhesive finishing flush with edges
of tray.
5. Prime joints, overlapping
edges by 75mm. including 75mm up the wall.
6. Overlap
all joints & edges
with tanking sealing tape, including around hidden shower tray and
all plumbing pipes coming through the floor.
7. Apply
sealing putty to all corners and around pipes coming through the floor.
8. Using
flexible tile adhesive, tile the whole floor area.
9. Grout
tiles with flexible tile grout. 10.Silicone all edges between floor and
wall with good quality silicone |
